The Detroit Metropolitan Area is one of the most compassionate areas in the world. The Metro Detroit Compassionate Action Network, (MDCAN) promotes compassionate activities such as “Mittens for Detroit” and “Life Remodeled”  We improve society by bringing people together to act compassionately.  MDCAN spotlights, communicates and participates in compassionate activities in the Metropolitan Detroit Area.  We help raise awareness of the benefits of compassionate action.

This is a local part of the global charter for compassion initiative that brings compassion into every aspect of our community.

By creating and bringing together the intentional policy through local actions.
