Books and Backpacks to Benefit Vista Maria

Before long, the 2017-2018 academic year will kick off, and Vista Maria youth will be hard at work in the classroom. Vista Maria recognizes that education is power, so this summer our Books & Backpacks drive will collect books, backpacks and various school supplies for children in our programs. Ultimately, for those who don’t have the resources to buy essential supplies, Books & Backpacks will provide the tools they need to be successful in the classroom—and hopefully for the rest of their lives.
All sponsorship and tickets sold help local at-risk youth to receive the programming, care, and treatment they need to succeed academically– and hopefully the rest of their lives. Your support of the academic advancement of our youth is truly valuable.
All guests are encouraged to bring new books or backpacks to the event!
Guidelines for Books:
